Added info:2016 was the last year for 1190 R and S, 2017 will be 1090 in R trim only. 1290's still around in two trims @ 20k+. 1090 R reported to be about 1k more than the AT and has a lot less features then the 1190 S (electronics). 1090 R going after some of the AT market it appears. endoquest. If talkign about power / speed then there is no comparison, had a Gen1 Super Tenere with a Full Arrow System and custom re-map on a dyno (about 12 - 15 BHP up on standard) and it was still a lot slower than the 1190 I swapped it for with the KTM out-gunning the S10 from as low as 3000 rpm and from about 5,000 rpm onwards the 1190 was MUCH faster. In my area the closest used ones are 400 miles away and the price on them isn't that great. There are dealers also that have new ones but they are the same price as a leftover 1290r.
